Trouble With Your Streamline Swimming
Here's a drill that will help you if you are having trouble getting your body into a streamlined swimming position when you are doing freestyle or backstroke.
The drill is designed for more advanced swimmers but as long as you can hold your breath, recover from a float position and you do it in shallow water you should have no problems with it.
Oh and you don't have to do the breathing shown if it is too hard for you.
Even with all those provisos, it's is still a good drill.
