Another version of the Torpedo Race swimming game to add to your collection of games for swimming lessons:

Torpedo Races 

The swimming students all sit on the edge of the pool.

On "Go" they all jump into the pool and torpedo to a marked point in the pool and back again.

The first one back wins.

Variations to this are:

• instead of a front torpedo do a backward torpedo or sculling on the back
• arms by the side
• one arm torpedo etc
